anyways, i've just came back from Anime Fest 2008. the
only kesimpulan i can say is "There are more cosplayers than
participants," Get what I mean?
Figures. It's still a newbie ACG event, after all.
More Updates.
EMiNA, the club that brought you GACC, is now embarking on an Anime Circles List
Project ( or Project ACL ).
The objective is to gather as many contacts of all anime communities in Malaysia
into a single page.
It shall be called the "NICE List" ( NICE Is Circle of Enthusiasts List )
With this public contact list, all clubs are encouraged to utilize it to contact
other clubs in Malaysia. ^_^
Open to any Higher Institution Education based, Secondary School based and Non
Profit Organization of Malaysia only.
Bon Odori Festival 2008 is TODAY. (Sorry for the late update, I was caught up
with my midterms)
It's an annual event held in Malaysia (and also worldwide), mainly to expose
locals to a part of Japanese culture. Experience a variety of Japanese food
& drinks, art and dance.
Date : 12th July 2008 (This Saturday)
Venue : KL & Panasonic Sports Complex, Shah Alam
Time: 4-5pm till nite
Anyone go to this event? I'll be there.
Lookout for the EMiNA gang based at the Panasonic clock tower
Quote by Deathent btw.. sorry for not
on9 for quite some time.. my modem exploded (struck by lightning) last month,
& the tm ppl jz change it this noon tough..
(i wonder y they don jz allow we change it ourself & ask us to w8 till they
come, since they usually takes a VERY long time to come anyway..)
TM people equip us with their specialize (free) modems, only accessible with
their own password. So we have to rely on their customer service if we got a
problem. Found this out when I was tweaking and servicing my router+modem. Got
myself another modem after that.
The efficiencies of converting sunlight into usable electrical power is
extremely low (current standards),
therefore solar-powered electricity is not practical at present time.
Lately, much research has been put into improving those efficiencies.
(We just need more people in the nanotechnology and material engineering
sector)
We already have hydroelectric power-stations in M'sia.
However, to build one, there are many constraints, eg: geography (rivers,
obviously), volume (huge mass of flowing water),
localize weather (rainfall, causing floods), architecture (strong dams, safety)
, etc.
Note that our country is not have much of a mountainous region.
Hydroelectric power-stations do require a very huge production area.
And cutting down more rainforest/trees is already a big no-no.
The recent fuel price hike doesn't only affect us; it's a global problem.
Many street riots, strikes and protests are happening elsewhere around the
world.
At least the situation here is much better off.
When did this group started to become a personal rant board?
Yeah, I know. It's frustrating when your handphone gets confisticated.
The No-Handphones-Allowed-In-School rule is a standard in most schools.
IMO, it's just too strict. The school authorities should at least come-up with a
better compromise.
In some schools, there are variations to this rule,
eg: the No-Handphone-Allowed-During-Classes rule, Handphone-In-Silent-Mode
rule
At least, there is a positive outcome from this ban;
no gay-sounding-ringtones blasting throughout the hallways

I need all that I can get...

Arrrgh... I actually missed Band 6 by several points and I still haven't got
over it.

*bangs head on wall*
and if my parents even DARE force me to do anything I am SO going to bite their
heads off!
*steam coming off her from being too angry*
Ah, talking about school-life really brings back many good memories
Form 6 students usually given more freedom compare to the other forms.
My alma-mater used to treat sixth formers as university students.

koko-chan, negaraku's a lot better than a lot of other groups i'm in
we don't expect you to do everything...it's just not easy to revive something
and there's not much to do here actually when only a few members are
half-alive...
Simple suggestions can lead to big changes.
You only need a slight push in the right direction.
Serious news aside, Comic Fiesta is just around the corner.
Yeah! I can't wait.
Too bad can't really enjoy it.
I'm still weighted down by my assignments...
Quote by enchantressinthedarkWow,
more new animes! I don't actually watch animes on our local TV
because........the malay dubs are so terrible they kinda ruin even the best
animes to me The english dubs on animax don't really impress me either
But maybe I will watch Bleach ^^ I have to know why people like this anime so
much!
The BM dubs for NTV7's Trinity Blood is horrible, they
can't even get the translation right. At least there is still look forward to
TV3's Bleach.
You gotta watch Bleach. It's full of spunk!
Hi everyone!
Merry Christmas to you too!
Glad to be back in MT after my post-STPM break.
Noticed that our group page had been given a well-deserved makeover, you guys
did a great job
Keep up the good work!
Whoa! This group is so silent its scary.
......
I think its due to the 'exam period' syndrome.
I'll bet that almost all of our members are preparing for their trials or
year-end exams.

Sexy school uniforms? WTH?
There are always people with too much time in their hands.
They should spend more time on community service.
